About Manorav

Make care visible before a crisis does.

We are building a human-guided behavioural health platform for schools: a clearer way to notice meaningful change, coordinate support, and learn from what happens next.

Our starting point

A student is seen in fragments.

A teacher notices withdrawal. Another sees a sudden outburst. A counsellor hears something different again. Each person may care deeply, but the school can still miss the pattern when those moments stay separated.

Manorav exists to give those observations a responsible place to land—so support can begin earlier and its follow-through can be seen.

Our mission

Move behavioural health from reactive afterthought to shared school strength.

Adolescents do not grow in isolation. Students, teachers, counsellors, school leaders, and families shape the environment around them. We help that wider ecosystem respond with more context, clearer responsibility, and more confidence.

What guides us

Human judgement.
Useful evidence.
Real-world action.

These principles shape both the product and the way Manorav should be used in a school.

01 — Preventive

Act before escalation

Small changes can matter. We help authorised people notice patterns while there is still time for a proportionate response.

02 — Human-guided

Keep people responsible

AI can organise information and support pattern recognition. People interpret the context, decide what to do, and remain accountable.

03 — Contextual

See more than a score

A behaviour without its setting can mislead. Time, place, perspective, and follow-through stay attached to the record.

04 — Grounded

Return support to real life

The goal is not longer screen time. It is a useful conversation, a classroom adjustment, a human connection, or another concrete next step.

05 — Bounded

Share what is relevant

Personal concerns and ecosystem-relevant insights are not the same. Access should match each person’s role in providing support.

06 — Accountable

Record what happened next

Care that is recorded can be reviewed, coordinated, and improved. Follow-through matters as much as the first observation.

For school communities

Build a support system that remembers what people noticed.
